"It is my aim to provide consultation and treatment to get clients pain free and comfortable as soon as possible. The first step is always pain management, followed by restoration of mobility. If a client is not an ideal candidate I prefer to refer for further investigation when necessary. Ideally I like to work with a client’s long-term rehabilitation to prevent further or recurrence of injury."
Alistair McGee BSc

Alistair graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in 2001 with a first class BSc Honours pass in Osteopathy. Since this time he has been a 13 year, fully registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOSC) and a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).

Louise’s interest in fitness began after a 13 year International Artistic Gymnastic career. Her obvious passion for sport and fitness have driven her to become a highly qualified Personal Trainer, who with over 15 years in the Health & Fitness industry has a vast amount of knowledge & experience in working with everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes.

Louise has the ability to adapt her training techniques to produce varied and challenging workouts tailored for each client’s individual needs. This coupled with her enthusiasm and bubbly personality makes Louise highly motivational and a pleasure to work with.

Louise specialises in postural correction and strongly believes that it is a fundamental pre-requisite to achieving any health and fitness goals. By using functional movement patterns Louise is able to help people function, move and live fitter, healthier lives.
